Pantelleria’s Zibibbo vines are cultivated by following the traditional practice of head-trained bush vines. The best grapes are harvested, carefully selected and laid to dry under the Mediterranean sun, to get this extremely appreciated Raisins which are delicious as simple dried fruit and widely used in several recipes, including haute patisserie.
Pantelleria’s Raisins are made according to natural traditional methods, with no food colouring, flavour enhancers or preservatives, to keep their characteristics and taste unchanged.
